Dear Sir,

Reference is made to the above mentioned subject and further to your letter Ref. No. (NILL) received 06^th January, 2013 concerning the same, please be informed that Your Company Name has no objection to proceed with your site activities, Temporary Access/Entrance at site according to the attached drawing Ref. No. TREF/AS-1 incompliance with M/s. RMC rules and regulations on a condition, based to maintaining and protecting the existing utility services and further to reinstate the site as previous status once you finished/completed your works and we recommend use/apply the permanent road access/ entrance for the same.

Please note that you CANNOT USE any equipments/mechanical excavation over the service corridor, and further you are fully responsible for the aforementioned activities in case of any damages might occur to M/s. RMC assets and all the works will be under our (Your Company Name) Supervision.

This NOC/Clearance is only for temporary access/entrance to be applied upon completion of the above to enable you to proceed with internal activities inside Plot and Your Company Name has the authority to cancel/withdraw the permit once we notify any violation at Site.

Moreover, you are required to apply the Temporary Fence and Project Signboard Permit directly to M/s. Lalazar Management – ESD and further issue the copy of Approval for the same to us prior commencement of Temporary Access/Entrance works at site.
