Reference is made to the above mentioned subject and further to your letter Ref. No. (NILL) dated 30^th December, 2013 concerning the same, and in accordance to Your Company Name Team site inspection to the Sewer Connection works at Plot No. Gool Mall  Kareem Town (Manhole No. MHC 15 B) at Kareem Town Haripur, Your Company Name  hereby do inform that the aforesaid sewer connection works were executed and completed as per the provided shop drawings and according to the endorsed Your Company Name Application Forms and Undertaking, incompliance with M/s. Kareem Town site rules and regulations. Furthermore, you will be fully responsible for the above connection in case of any leakage, blockage or damages might occur in future.

THIS NOC/CLEARANCE IS NOT CONSIDERED FOR DISCHARGING.

For discharging, you are required to fulfill and endorse (sign & stamp) the provided Application Form (Sewer Discharge Five Year Forecast) along with the soft copy of RSB – sewer effluent regulations & guide, and further submit the aforesaid application along with undertaking letter (sample attached) directly to M/s. Kareem Town Engineering Dept for further permission for the same.
