Reference is made to the above mentioned subject and further to your request via letter Ref. No. CC/761/2014 dated 15^th January, 2015 received 15th January, 2015 and M/s. Kareem Town letter ref #; KT/07/013/15 dated 11^th January 2015, please be informed that Your company name have reviewed your submittal and based on discussion held with M/s. Kareem TOWN, we have No Objection to proceed with your Internal Backdrop/Drainage System according to attached drawing (Provided Sketch).

However, you CANNOT DISCHARGE to the system till you get final approval from the Kareem Town Management and all your excavations to be executed manually (only Manual excavations allowed at service Corridor).

Note: Commencement and completion of your sewer connection works must be within two (2) months from the date of issuance this approval and a set of As Built drawing (Hard + Soft copies) to be provided to Your company name upon completion and certification request for Clearance.

In addition to the above, you are required to coordinate with (Your company name) Team
