Dear Sir,

Reference is made to the above mentioned subject and further to your letter Ref. No. AS-COM-2013-042-AS received 25^th May, 2013 along with required  drawings and the signed Applications concerning the same, please be informed that Your company name have reviewed your submitted drawings along with Applications, and Your company name have no objection to proceed with your works at site according to the submitted drawings and ADSSC standards incompliance with M/s. Kareem Town rules and regulations. Please find attached drawing (Ref. No. CSSC/BD-04) depicting the typical connection details for your easy reference.

However, you CANNOT DISCHARGE to the system till you get final approval from M/s. Kareem Town Management and all your excavation works shall be manual excavation (only manual excavations allowed at service Corridor)

Please find attached herewith the RSB -Tenant Discharge Control Rules (CD-Soft copy) for your review, respect, obey and follow the RSB sewer rules and trade effluent control regulations as provided by M/s. Kareem Town for safe and efficient sewerage/waste water services to Kareem Town Tenants/customers and to the satisfaction of M/s. Kareem Town.

Note: Commencement and completion of your sewer connection works must be within two (2) months from the date of issuance this approval and a set of As Built drawing (Hard + Soft copies) to be provided to Your company name upon completion and certification request for Clearance.

In addition to the above, you are required to coordinate with Your company name Team

(phone / mobile number) for further clarifications/details prior proceed your activities.
