Reference is made to the above mentioned subject and to your letter Ref. No. A|KTH.12.GL.315 dated 03^rd September, 2012 along with required documents drawings concerning the same, please be informed that Your Company Name have no objection to proceed with your soil test/investigation works at site upon your submitted Undertaking Letter Ref. No. DSS.12.GL.315 dated 03^rd September, 2012 incompliance with M/s. kareem Town rules and regulations and based on the following conditions.

1. You are fully responsible for the aforesaid works in case of any damages might be happened/occurred to any of the existing services and to the M/s. kareem Town Assets. 
2. Reinstate the site/service corridor to its original/previous status once you have finish site works.
3. Your Company Name will visit the site once you have finished aforesaid works and to do the necessary inspections to ensure that the work is completed to the satisfaction of M/s. kareem Town and incompliance with site rule and regulations.
